All parents and guardians are invited to participate in School Council and the Dr E.P. Scarlett Parents and Alumni Association (“Friends of Scarlett”) meetings throughout the school year. School Council meetings are an opportunity for parents to provide input into school decision making and to hear about the schools’ plans and activities, as well as those of the CBE. Meetings often open with a “focus topic” or parent education session, with topics selected based on parent preferences.

Meeting may be online or in-person depending on the agenda. This information will be communicated out by SchoolMessenger to families.

Monday, May 25 -- Message from School Council & Parent Society (Friends of Scarlett)

Please join us on Monday, May 25 for our last set of meetings this school year!  We will meet in the learning commons (library). Here is the meeting schedule:

1. School council regular meeting (6:30 p.m.)

2. School council AGM (7:00 p.m.)

3. Friends of Scarlett regular meeting (7:30 p.m.)

4. Friends of Scarlett AGM (8:00 p.m.)

Both AGMs will include elections of new executive members. If you're interested in taking on a more active role on council or society, we'd love to have you join us!
