Sign up for My Pass
All high school students are required to sign up for this account.
*Please use an email that is not attached to the CBE as you will lose access to the CBE email when you graduate.
My Pass will enable you to:
- View progress towards a high school diploma
- View and print Detailed Academic Reports (DAR)
- Order high school transcripts
- View diploma exam marks
- Register to write or re-write diploma exams
- Ensure your address is correct because your high school diploma will be mailed to the address in My Pass
CBE Summer School Registration opens on April 13
- A registration link and QR code will be sent out next week
- Limited course selections will be offered in person or online
- Students can only register for one course
- Summer school runs for the month of July, and diploma exams will be in the first week of August
June 2026 Exam Schedule
We wanted to share our June 2026 exam schedule with you prior to spring break. This will be posted on our school website and on D2L shells. More information about exam procedures, expectations, and rules will be communicated with students in May. These procedures, along with an exam planner, will also be shared with families afterwards.
There are a few points within the exam schedule we wanted to highlight:
June 8 and 9 - Mega Block Days
- Students are expected to attend their classes and attendance will be taken
- Teachers will be utilizing this time for instruction, exam prep, and final assessments
June 10 and 11 – Scheduled Part A Diplomas for ELA and Social Studies, and some 10/20-level final exams
- Teachers who are not supervising exams are expected to be in their classroom providing instruction to students
- If students are not writing an exam, and their teacher is available, they are expected to be in class and attendance will be taken
- Students that have teachers supervising exams have been notified. The cafeteria will be open and available for independent assessment prep and attendance will be taken
June 12-23 – Exam Period
- Attendance is only required for scheduled exams
- Opportunities for credit rescue
- Teachers will post their tutorial schedule on D2L
June 24-26
- Intentional transition time for students

Sugar Shack
On Thursday afternoon April 9, all French immersion classes will be participating in a culture event La Cabane à Sucre. They will be able to enjoy a complementary bâton de tire d’érable (maple taffy) to the sound of traditional Cabane à Sucre music with their classmates.

CTS Summer School - For the first time, CBE is offering some CTS courses during summer school. This is an opportunity for students to try courses that are not available at their home high school. Available programs include: Broadcasting & Podcasting, Cosmetology, Welding, Intro to Engineering, and Networking & Cybersecurity
Student Police Academy - If you're a Grade 12 student curious about law enforcement and looking for a fun, educational, and unforgettable experience, apply now to be part of the 2026 Student Police Academy!

School Planning Meeting
Thanks to those parents who attended our meeting where we discussed our School Development Plan, Budget and Fees. Each year, we ask families to share their perspectives. This feedback helps us plan and make decisions for the following school year. Here is more information on this event we held last week at the School Council Meeting and the feedback from our parents who attended the School Planning Engagement.
