Dear Parents and Guardians,
Please find the information below to assist you.
Moonlight Knights
Thank you to all the incredible band and choir students for making our celebration called Moonlight Knights such a memorable and joyful evening. Your performances—both the well-rehearsed pieces and the more spontaneous moments—were powerful displays of your creativity, dedication, and the strong sense of community that defines our music program.
A heartfelt thank you to our amazing teachers Mr. Brown, Mr. Bell and Mr. Willms, for your leadership, passion, and support in guiding our students to such excellence. Mr. Willms thank you so much for coming to Scarlett this year to support us while Mr. Bell was off. We are very fortunate to have you. We are so grateful for a night filled with outstanding music, fun, and festivity shared with our families. A special thanks to the volunteers who helped bring it all together through decorating, running concessions, and planning behind the scenes—your efforts truly made the evening shine and we could not do this without the serious commitment from our band and choir parents in the EPS Music Parent Association.
Athletic Update
The Lancers on the soccer field have been playing with heart all season—battling through tough matchups, injuries, and close games. With gritty defense and flashes of brilliance on the attack, they've earned the respect of every opponent they’ve faced. Keep it up boys! Thank you, Mrs. Malone for your leadership and time!
Across the league, our rugby teams are leaving it all on the field—scrapping for every meter, tackling with relentless grit, and showing the kind of passion that defines the sport.
The Sr. Boys are currently 5-0 and will face Notre Dame on the May 21! Keep it going boys!
The Jr. boys are doing well and getting better every game! They will face Western on May 20 in their last regular season game and qualify for the Div 2 playoff bracket.
Our Girls team have had such a great start to their season sitting middle of the pack in standings. The girls are playing with such grit and heart!
We look forward to watching all our teams finish off their regular seasons as they represent Scarlett with such pride.
Go Lancers go!
June 2025 - Final Exams/Exam Conflicts
Students and families are reminded to review the final exam schedule carefully and identify any exam conflicts to the course teachers by May 30. All exam documents can be found on our Exam Schedule page. The process has changed this semester for exam conflicts. There is a form to fill out indicating there is an exam conflict and outlining a plan for an alternate exam date. Fill in the Exam Conflict Form.
Students must discuss the conflict with their teachers before coming to the main office with their completed form. Having two exams scheduled on the same day at different times is not considered an exam conflict, though exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis. An exam conflict is when a student is scheduled to write two exams at the same time. We will be accommodating exam conflicts throughout the exam period, with June 19 set aside as the final date for conflict exams to run. Please reach out to Ms. Costa with any questions or concerns.
