June Final Exam Schedule

Our June Final Exam Schedule has been posted on our website and D2L pages. Please ensure you are reviewing this with your child. If students have two exams scheduled at the same time, they need to connect with Ms. Malayko to complete an exam conflict form. Administration will be going over exam expectations on Friday, May 29.

Lancers Football - Spring Camp

Football season is just about here! This year's spring camp, the official start to the 2026 season, will run on the following dates:

All Grade 10 and 11 players, returning and new, must attend. If a player needs to be away, please discuss it in advance. Questions? Contact Coach Donovan at spdonovan@cbe.ab.ca.

Lancers Athletics

Congratulations to Kimaya S. for earning the bronze medal in Junior Girls Singles at this year's Badminton Provincials! Thank you to Mr. Guyard for attending and supporting our athletes.

Our Track and Field team competed in two meets last week with great results. Well done to all of our athletes, and a special shout out to the girls for winning 1st place overall at the Challenger Meet! This week we have two more events - Dino Meet 2 on May 6 and Challenger Meet 2 on May 7. Good luck, Lancers!

Our Boys Soccer and Field Hockey teams both had great showings at their tournaments last week. Thank you to our coaches for supporting our athletes! Best of luck to our Girls and Sr. Boys Rugby teams at the Clearwater Cup Tournament this weekend!

Sign Up for My Pass

All high school students are required to sign up for a My Pass account. Please use a personal email address so that you can access My Pass after you graduate. My Pass allows you to:

• View progress towards a high school diploma
• View and print Detailed Academic Reports (DAR)
• Order high school transcripts
• View diploma exam marks
• Register to write or re-write diploma exams
• Ensure your address is correct, as your high school diploma will be mailed to the address on file in My Pass

School ID

If you have lost your Student ID card, you can have it reprinted for $5. Please check in at the Business Office to start the process. Your student ID is needed to:

• Show ID for exams
• Sign out textbooks
• Scan for the printer
• General identification

Culture Week Potluck - Thursday, May 14

Culture Week runs from May 11-14. The Diversity Club is hosting a multicultural potluck at lunch on Thursday, May 14. Tickets will be sold at $1 for 3 tickets or $2 for 6 tickets. Funds raised will go to the Calgary Food Bank.

If you are able to donate food for this well-loved Scarlett tradition, please arrange to have your food delivered to the school the day before (May 13) or the morning of May 14 at the latest. Career Centre Updates

Grade 11s thinking about applying to university next year would especially benefit from hearing the presentations from the UofC on May 19 and Carleton on May 28.

Our next meetings are on Monday, May 25, and will include AGMs for both school council and Friends of Scarlett. Please join us in person at the school starting at 6:30 PM.
