Drama One Act Plays
We would like to recognize the amazing talents of all of our students who wrote, performed, and directed in the One Act Plays this year! Thank you to all the actors and behind-the-scenes support, and to Ms. Rip and Ms. Crealock for your support of our students. Forty of our students attended and performed at the Calgary High School Drama Festival at the University of Calgary this past week. Way to go, Lancers!
School Dance
A huge thank you to Ms. Ehrmann and her leadership students who put on an incredible Neon Lights Dance this week. Students danced, sang, played games, got temporary sparkle tattoos, took photos in the photo booth, and enjoyed the food trucks. Our most sincere gratitude goes out to Ms. Ehrmann and her crew of dedicated students for their planning, organization, and commitment. A shout out as well to the many teachers who gave their evening to supervise and support the event.

Beyond Deep Breaths: Real Conversations About Mental Health with Your Emerging Adult
As teens grow into adulthood, mental health conversations need to go deeper than reminders to "just take a break." This session helps parents navigate meaningful, practical discussions about emotional well-being, coping skills, and when to seek support. Learn how to foster open dialogue, encourage self-awareness, and empower your young adult to build lasting mental health habits for life.
This is a free in-person session for parents and caregivers of students at Scarlett, presented by the Imagine Institute and hosted by our school council with financial support from the Alberta School Council Engagement Grant. Please register in advance at https://bookwhen.com/imagineinstitute/e/ev-soxcu-20260505180000 and enter password 20EPS26 at the prompt.
